HI, i`m trying to connect using webex app ( updated last version Windows—43.5.0.26155 ) in a webinar , even with the correct password and the id number i cant ( with attendee password i can connect). should the organizer add my email to the webex platform ? why cisco has implemented 2 passords ...can someone help on this , thank you
