Mic not working while using Microsoft Teams through Webex

I seem to be unable to get my mic to work while using Microsoft Teams when I am teleworking  and using webex. I've check the mic functionality from my lenovo desktop but when I log into my webex desktop and start using Microsoft Teams my colleagues can't hear me. My audio is working just not the mic. I've checked the Teams settings and it would appear the correct mic  is chosen (same as my Lenovo laptop). The mic isn't muted on the Cisco desktop so any suggestions.

Hi reichmaj,
Is there a microphone icon in the bottom right corner (near date/time) in the taskbar?

Check Settings -> Privacy -> Microphone (This is where you can set which apps can access the mic)
