I am having issue with opening the .arf file in my Network Recording Player on Windows.
I went to https://www.webex.com/video-recording.html website and under there I downloaded the Network Recording Player (https://akamai.webex.com/client/WBXclient-41.5.7-11/nbr2player.msi)
After successful installation of the Network Recording Player, I went to the File option under Menubar and can only see the covert option and no option to OPEN! (see attached file)
Can someone please help me open and view the .arf files that I already have in my local drive?
