Problem with new laptop

Hello!

 

I recently bought a new laptop (Lenovo Ideapad S540-14API R5) in order to watch some online lessons! I have some problems while watching and don't know how to solve them! Although i have a good internet connection video streaming is really slow with gaps and some times is really annoying. Other students have no problems like me. Also audio stops and starts and i cannot understand the lesson! Is there any settings i have to do or anything to download to fix it?

Are you joining your meetings from the desktop app or the browser version? Have you tested your connection to the Webex server?  - https://mediatest.webex.com/#/main
