I'm on macOS Catalina 10.15.7, using Webex 41.1.0.17621 on an enterprise account.
I've noticed that when I DO NOT have Webex focused, and I'm working in another app, Webex will play the notification sounds when a new message comes in. But if I'm in Webex (it has focus), then it does not play any new message notification sounds.
Is this by design? Is it something I can change? I've verified my settings are set to notify on "all messages", so it doesn't appear to be a preference setting. I didn't see anything else in the preferences that might cause that behavior.
It's very frustrating, as I often miss messages if I happen to leave the app focused while I look at something else without changing application focus.
