Webex Teams integration with Sharepoint Server (on premise)?

Hello, we have a big Sharepoint Server internal deployment. Is there a way to integrate Webex Teams with it? I know we can integrate with Sharepoint Online. Any 3rd parties that offer this type of integration? Maybe if we enable MS Sharepoint Hybrid (so connect Sharepoint Server to Sharepoint Online and then connect Teams to Sharepoint Online to get access to Sharepoint Server?) that would allow this?

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for posting your question in the community. I apologize for my lack of understanding the on premise side of Sharepoint, but hopefully, these resources are helpful:

Let me know if this answers your question. If not, I can look into it further with our team.

Hello Cole, thanks for the reply. Sharepoint Server is basically a private sharepoint instance inside our intranet, not accessible from the Internet (without going with Sharepoint Hybrid). The link below explains how to connect Teams to Sharepoint Online, wondering if it would be possible for Teams to connect to Sharepoint Server as well directly. For sure, it would work only when Teams is connected to our Intranet and would not work on mobile unless we VPN-in to the intranet.

Since it is the Teams end user (after the admin has authorized the integration in Control Hub) that configure the Sharepoint account in Settings, would it be possible to allow the configuration of the URL towards my own private sharepoint instance instead of the public one?

Thanks
