Hello,
we have an issue, that WebEx UI is not opening anymore when we start the application. It opens in the background. Clicking on the App icon over and over again does not result in the UI showing. You can open the UI via the icon on the taskbar in the bottom right corner in W10. I tried uninstalling the application and deleting the WebEx folder in %APPDATA%/Local/WebEx. Which unfortunately did not help at all. We have this inside our virtual environment and also on the work laptops too (non virtualized). I was not able to find any article to this issue though...
Do you guys have any idea what else I can try to resolve the issue?

I had problem with Webex UI. After I connected to VDI - Webex window dosent show on screen even though i click on tray icon. The only solution is to right click close webex and turn on from start menu.
Also I noticed this problem when worked only on laptop(not VDI) when i disconnect from external monitor but I noticed only once

Hi were you able to resolve? we are encountering a similar issue and TAC isn't able to fix. we are going to try to update drivers but we are not too clear on what is the actual root cause
