How can hosts initiate the phone call that will join a participant - without using call-in or call-me

Hi,

Here's the scenario.  We have older meeting participants that we can only join through phone (no internet).

Further more, they easily get lost when they call in themselves (e.g. when typing the long meeting number).

(our current solution is that the host opens multiple web page tabs to open new WebEx sessions and use "Call me", but with their phone number, but this doesn't work well and doesn't scale)

Is there any configuration or priced bundle or anything that we can do/buy so that the host could, from his interface, call those participants to join them to the WebEx meeting?

Thanks

So apparently, "Callback functionality" is not enough.  I'm told that I need "Enterprise account", and then I should be able to see the following under "Invite & Remind":

If you click on the top menu Participant > Invite Remind, or on the "..." and Invite Remind, you should have an option for Phone on the second tab, here you can set their participant name and phone number to dial, this should allow you as a host to have Webex dial their number and join the meeting.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the hint. I went there, and there is no option to start a call, only an option to send a reminder by email:

When I go in Help -> About...
I see I am using Cisco Webex Meetings, Version 41.4.5.14:
Am I using the right application and the right version of the application, and if so, is there somethnig else I need to purchase to have this "Remind by phone call" option available? (i.e. is it part of only a certain package that I have not subscribed to?)

Thanks

You need Callback functionality which is a costed option (as you are asking Webex to call those users turned on) in your Webex plan. Talk to your partner from where you bought Webex to look at cost.
