Enable polling

Hi,

I have been trying to enable polling in webex live events but I cannot add it in from View>Panels>Manage Panel> Available panels , as polling is not available there. It is available in webex meetings but not in webex events. Is there a reason for this? Do I have to talk to the admin about it?

You probably need to talk to the admin, in the back end they can setup session types, and they might’ve customized the session type for events and excluded polling from it.

Are these events scheduled using the New webex events or Classic? New events does not have polling. Here's the comparison chart: https://help.webex.com/en-us/0zzhde/Compare-Webex-Events-New-and-Webex-Events-Classic
