Good night people,
I have a little problem...
On Wednesday, after a power outage, 3 Aps C9120 were offline (Led off), 2 are in SW-01 and 1 in SW-02, both are Meraki MS120.
The customer replaced the 3 APs and they went up normally. Today, there was another power outage again and the 3 new APs also went offline (LED off).
Will there be a blockage? Any protection on the switch? Why only on these doors?
I find it difficult to have burned 6 Aps, even if the boot had been corrupted, the AP should turn on and flash green and red, or light up some correct LED?
The controller is a WLC9800.
On the switch the ports are:
Status. Protocol
Down Down (not connected)
The environment has a total of 34 Aps C9120, all new!
31 are OK on the controller
Monday I'm going to the client to test the APs on the bench!
Help me please...

Don't waste too much time asking "what happened" because every 9120AX purchased includes Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty.

But it is not acceptable behavior, the other 31 C9120 in the environment are working correctly. This happens exactly in the APs that were changed after the first episode. I agree with the RMA, but I would like to understand the cause!

Raise a TAC case and request (or demand) for an EFA (engineering field analysis).
If TAC refuses, engage the Cisco Account Manager.
