Neighbors using same channels and how to change config to run 5 Ghz

I have two basic problems and could use help

1.)  My neighbors are using the same wireless channels as I am (6 + 10).  I would imagine that I should change my channels to avoid contention/congestion.

My wireless networks (SSIDs FrankRizzo and FrankRizzo_EXT) are using Channels 6 and 10.  By using inSSIDer, I just noticed that there are two surrounding networks (SSIDs Snowboard and 2Wire327) that are using these two channels as well.  I assume that I will benefit by changing my channel numbers to something else in order to avoid contention.  Check out the attached screenshot from inSSIDer.

How can I change my channel numbers to something else so that I can avoid overlapping with my neighbors?

2.)  I noticed that my configuration is running on 2.4 Ghz only.  How can I change my configuration so that it is running on 5.0 Ghz?  I only have 802.11n devices on my wireless network.  Please see my attached "show tech".

In both above cases, I am using a Cisco 881W with the built in access point.
