Curretnly I am on 7.0.220.0(MD) should I upgrade to 7.3.112.0(ED) ?

I woud like to downgrade my Autonomus Access Point 1130 to lightweight mode:

I see two releases  [WIRELESS LAN LWAPP c1130-k9w8-tar.124-25e.JAL2.tar] and [WIRELESS LAN LWAPP RECOVERY c1130-rcvk9w8-tar.124-25e.JAL2.tar] which I should use to swap IOS to LWAPP?

Alot of people have found stability in 7.0.X code.  Otherwise, go-ahead and upgrade to 7.3.X.

Hi

I would recommend you to stay on the 7.0.x train as it is more stable, unless you want to use the new features of 7.3, otherwise you can upgrade to 7.0.240.0.

Now, for the AP1130, I recommend you to use the recovery image, which is the second you mentioned above:
