WLC cloud 17.6.5, Local Web Authentication, problems login

Hello friends, I am creating a local guest page in the wlc 9800, I followed the following steps, but when I log in to the web page, I put the credentials but I get "Authentication Failed". Can anybody helpme

I found the solution by adding a default network rule below the authentication

You need to configure a "default authorization list"
