When running the CTI Toolkit Agent (or Supervisor) desktop, where are the client logs stored. I am able to find the server logs, but I am not even sure where to look for the client logs. Also, where are the recorded files saved. And are these locations able to be changed somewhere?

Information on both client and server logs and setting trace levels for those logs can be found in Appendix B of this document...
