I am integrating NICE with Cisco. I have installed the Cisco TSP client in one of the VMware Machine OS 2008 R2 64-Bit. After configuring the TSP client I am not able to see the configured TSP client in the Control Panel->>Phone and Modem option where we add the Provider. I have searched lot on Web but getting no success. Can someone help me out in configuration of Cisco TSP client so that integration is getting successful. Please confirm whether Cisco TSP client compatible with Windows 2008 R2 64-bit or not. Regards RamanJeet Singh

Be sure to install the 64-bit TSP on 64-bit OS's. Note further that only 64-bit native compiled apps should use the 64-bit TSP - ensure the full stack (app/TSP/OS) is either 32 or 64 bit.
