Nexus 7k Restricting SSH

I was wondering is someone would be able to explain the difference between Restricting SSH traffic to specific subnet in Nexus 7K

I found that there are two ways you can do it.

1. COPP

2. Line vty

Just a bit confused that what is the difference between them

Any help would be appreciated.
