Cisco Business 151AXM メッシュエクステンダー の LED が青点滅を繰り返し利用できない

Cisco Business 150AX と一緒に、エクステンダーを導入しました。

Cisco Business Mobileアプリケーションを利用し、CBW150AX のAP設定後、CBX151AXM を、同じくアプリでQRコードをスキャンして追加し、電源ON。（10分以上？）再起動などを行った様子のあと、151AXMのLEDが、青点滅状態となりました。

アプリ上では Online となり、IPアドレスもDHCPで取得しているものの、 "Some Information failed to load. Showing cached data" の表示が続き、 "Refresh Page" 何度押しても表示が更新されません。

また、Extender近くにあるデバイスも、AP側に接続するようで電波も改善されない状況です。日を変えて確認する、APとの距離を変えての設置のいずれを行っても、アプリの表示が変わらず、LEDも青点滅状態が続いています。

どのようにして、Extenderを正常に利用することができるのでしょうか？

             このAPのファームウェアと親APが同じファームウェア(同じAPにある場合)にあることを確認します。

• CBW150AX : 10.6.2.0
• CBX151AXM : 10.6.2.0

まれに　Blinking Blue から 　Green, Red, off　に変わるようですが　Solid Green　には、変わらずです。。。

I did two action on WebUI.

1. Added MACAddress from MeshExtender
2. Added unknown MACAddress from Log

But MeshExtender LED situation still same. ( Green Blink -> Green&Red&Off -> long Blue Blink... )

When I see "Blue Blink", I can see Extender the following status with Not operational. I can not see it in other LED status.

最終的に、Ciscoサポートにケースオープンして解決しました。

Mesh向けのファームが壊れていた？ようで、そちらを手動でダウンロードして、APのWebUIにアップロードした後、Meshが正しいファームを受信して動作を開始しました。ファイル名 -capwap がMesh用ファームで、APが自身のファームと共に保持する仕組みのようです。

おなじ画面の下部で、ファームの適用状況がみれることを知りました。自動でAPからMeshへのダウンロードは開始して適用されていました。

Cisco APP だけでは解決ができなかったのですが、せめて状況を伝えてくれるぐらいの情報が出てくれると嬉しいですね。
