建议先查看一下配置是否有误，你给出的拓扑信息不太全，再看一下是否有环路存在

这个现象是mac地址不断地在两个端口上摆动
感觉你的拓扑结构有点问题，如果switch2和switch3之间有HSRP关系的话那么它们应该是4506吧，
那么同时接switch2和switch3还有router的交换机是2960G。如果是这样的话，2960G就是多余的或者
应该把它放到switch2，switch3下面和PC之间（2960G同时接switch2，switch3和PC），而且那个router
也多余（4506本身就是三层交换机）。另外，你的HSRP配置track没有，如果没有最好配一个。能否把拓扑

这个mac地址是私营mac地址，一般是hsrp的虚拟mac或者下面服务器做的双击产生的虚拟mac，这种mac flapping一般都是下面有负载均衡产生的，一般情况下不会产生影响，如果是环路问题，那么你的网络会中断。
