No, it does not. 

3650/3850 firmware is exclusively for 3650/3850 only & Catalyst 9k firmware are only for 9300/9400/9500/9600 only. 

Maybe the client wants the same firmware VERSION used in 3850 to be deployed in 9300?  If this is the case it may work and may not work (depending on the age of the 9300).

Check the 9300 download page and there will be a list of firmware files supported by 9300.  Again, this is not foolproof because newer 9300 hardware revision will require newer firmware releases.

尽管cat9300和cat3850/cat3650的镜像都属于IOS XE平台，但两个平台的镜像是不通用的。

请直接从软件下载中心选择你使用的产品后来获取可用的软件版本。

如果处于功能上的需求，可以参考一下软件的release notes，来确定最终选择的版本

同意Leo和ilay，C9300虽然可以替换C3850，但是镜像是无法混合使用的。C3850的镜像最新是16.x版本，而C9300的起始版本就是17.x的，两者不能混用。

C3850/3650的镜像（示例）：

cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.12.SPA.bin 

C9300的镜像（示例）：

cat9k_iosxe.17.12.04.SPA.bin
