can't login danc from WEB

Hello , i can't login dnac from web, i check it the port 443 is shutdown. How can i open it ? What is the correct command ? Thank you!

The question is not clear to us.

1. are you not able to open DNAC GUI ?

2. is this worked before ?

3. if this Fresh installation, DNAC take Longer time to install complete installation

if you have maglev access post below output :

$ magctl appstack status

Hi, about your questions:

1.Yes,i can't open dnac GUI

2.i can open it before

3. i input the command and it show me "The connection to the server 127.0.0.1:9443 was refused - did you specify the right host or port"

i use the command "netstat -ntlp" to get some information,dose it help?
