Is there a way to block specific words which are not part of a URL?

No, Cisco Meraki cannot block specific words in non-URL text.

Any firewall that does that? I think that would help environments with minors.

The simple answer would be no for this. But if you can provide more details/example of what you are exactly trying to achieve in case there's workarounds.

Using the DLP function of Secure connect (Umbrella), you may be able to detect and block specific strings in web communications (HTTP or HTTPS).
However, I have never tried this, so I don't know if it is realistic and will meet your requirements.
The following community article blocked Gmail by prohibiting the input of IP addresses.

Also note that you need the "Advantage" licence to do this.
I am using this for one customer to prevent PII data from leaving the company through unauthorised channels (such as a user putting them into their private web mail).

I have the advanced enterprise. Will that cut it?

Negative. You would need a SecureConnect licence. You will see this in your menu structure if you have a licence for it.

Please share more information on this, like the steps/menus I can try to see if I can do the same on my end.

What I introduced is a Meraki Secure connect service, so it cannot be used with an Advanced enterprise license.
Therefore, I'm not sure if you'll get the answer you want, but it might be a good idea to talk to your account representative about whether these things are possible.
