Hi guys,
we bought some Cisco 561 to pair with Jabber and 7841 IP phones. I'm testing them at the moment and I encounter a strange behavior.
When I use the headset with a Y cable on the 7841 phone, the call get answered when I lift the headset from the base, or when I press the Power & Call button.
But when I use the headset connected on my Windows 10 PC via USB or bluetooth the Power & Call button does not answer the calls, while volume + / - and mute work fine.
When paired to my android smartphone the Power & Call button does pick up the calls.
I have the latest firmware for the 561 headset and Jabber is up to date.
Any clue why the Power & Call button does not work via USB or bluetooth on our PCs?
