I have conferenced headsets before but I have 2 users that are unable to conference headsets. I also use this model and I am unable to conference with another headset. I upgraded mine and a coworkers to firmware 2.4 I get the audio tone to pair but nothing happens after press the mute button on the guest headset. Any suggestions are appreciated.
