Webex HDMI Share Dongle - No picture after Cisco logo bootup

Hello all, 

 

Not sure if anyone can shed any light on this - we have an activated Webex Share dongle that has been previously used on our office refurb.  Its been offline for a while locked away due to covid and now we want to reuse it i have factory reset it and my networks teams have configured it.

 

Its been activated and i can ping and share content to it but the display/tv we connect to it via HDMI now tried three different screens just get no signal.

 

Yet when i try to start a WebEx meeting the system sees it locally to me and lets me share content to it.  Is there anything else you can think of i need to try to show the display on the monitor or tv?
