As an interpreter and translator with more than 25 years of experience, who has done simultaneous interpretation for various conferences and other events, using various channels and technologies, I have been interested since long ago in being able to do it in Webex. After this feature first appeared in Legislate for Webex, it has recently made its way to Webex Meetings. Since I have been in touch with Cisco for years (including being an interpreter for some of their events in Ukraine), it was just natural for me to learn about this new feature, and to start using it. I have got a Webex license with this feature included, and we have run some testing and training sessions with people from CIsco local office and some of my colleagues, fellow Ukrainian interpreters. A couple of days ago, I passed the test and became a Webex Power User. To make it short, I think of myself as a natural "bridge" between the community of Webex users and developers, and that of professional interpreters.
I see that there have been some topics in this community where various people expressed their interest in simultaneous interpretation features in Webex. It would be nice to meet fellow colleagues in this community (if there are any), to discuss various issues of interest to all of us, etc.
