Unable to install webex on Windows 10-64 bits

When I launch the Webex.exe installer I get an error message saying "No internet connexion". I do have a fully working internet connexion and have been able to install and use other webconference software in the past (none of them are open when I try to start the installer).

Any idea what is going on ?

Also : can I download the full installer from somewhere ? I assume Webex.exe is attempting to download the full installer.

For the sake of helping anyone that might encounter the same issue I did, here is the solution.

1/ I have uninstalled all version of Webex on my machine. For some reason there were 2 webex app installed and one was strangely located in my c:\users folder. After that and a reboot the installer worked.

2/ There is indeed a complete installer located here : https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nw5p67g/Webex-App-%7C-Installation-and-automatic-upgrade
