Message draft indicator in Webex App: Sometimes you start typing a message only to find your attention is needed in another space or conversation. We've added a visual indicator next to spaces with drafts left in them, so you can easily jump back whenever you're ready to hit send.
Bulk manage auto attendants: With a single file upload, you can provision menu options, call flow management, caller ID settings, and scheduling for multiple auto attendants in Webex Calling. Managing incoming calls across your org locations just got a lot easier!
Microphone testing for Devices: Don't waste precious meeting time adjusting your sound! Test your Webex Board or Desk Series microphone, noise removal and voice optimization or record a snippet to perfect your sound before clicking Join.
Make your webinars into a series: Now create and manage a webinar series that allows people to register for multiple webinars at once. Hosts and contributors can easily add, remove or move webinars within and across series.
Increased security with MFA: Get some additional peace of mind and add an extra layer of security for users in your organization. You can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) in Control Hub to further secure your org from cyber attacks.
See more people in Webex Meetings: Missing people in your meeting because you can’t see them on your screen? The desktop app now allows you to view up to 81 participants on-screen and up to six for the web app. Meetings feel even more inclusive when you can see everyone there.
