Webex Attendant Console is a web-based tool that provides a desktop interface to manage and process calls using the Webex Calling service, Webex App, or desk phone. This tool allows you to screen incoming calls, manage contacts, and monitor calls in a queue, both within and outside your organization.
This session is open to Partners and Cisco employees.
