Webex Chat capture

So, as a member of a financial industry provider, we have a lot of restrictions around communications. E-Communications capture is a big part of what is required in our industry. As a result of this, being able to use Chat and Q&A in standard Webex meetings has never been allowed, as it is not capturable. 

As we roll out the Webex Application, though, we now have the ability to do this, with a little change in process. We are successfully capturing all chat information in the Webex spaces. This has been well accepted in our environment as well, as persistent chat has always been a desire. Did you know that you can schedule directly from your spaces for Webex meetings? It's simple, and allows you to invite the people you intend, based on the space, but there is one more benefit! The chat from your space is inside the meeting! This means you can chat, and have it captured, and if you are using bots like Pollbot, you can even perform Q&A functions like this, and it is all captured.

I hope this helps someone else out, and we are truly loving the Webex application!

Yep, those space meetings are really helpful. Please be aware that there are some changes ongoing about the capabilites in order to remove the confusion about the different meeting capabilities of PMR, Space meetings, and Meetings meetings

And yes, you just nailed the beauty of a great meeting experience: from planning and pre-discussions in a space, via having the (maybe recurring) meeting, and working on topics afterwards. Have a look at the Feature of the Month posts here, they're spotlighting many more features of the whole app.
