Hi @amychen77 . We already solved the problem. Please try to access again by clicking "Register" on the left side of the Power-Up Webinar you want to attend.

It will redirect you to the Cisco Webex Partners Page (https://webexpartners.cisco.com).

On the top-right side of the page, you need to "Select Session" and then click the "Enroll" button.

You will receive a confirmation email.
