We have installed 2 aci simulators on our vcenter environment 1 with version 4.2.7 and 1 with version 5.2.4.
The problem is that version 4.2.7 seems to lose connectivity when both simulators are running at the same time.
If we disable the nics on the 5.2.4 version 4.2.7 is working without any connectivity loss.
Both simulators are running in the same network/epg and we have vmware integration from ACI with vmware
Has anyone experienced the same or knows a solution?
We would like to run both environments in order to test ansible scripts against both environments.

Is it safe to assume you're assigning unique IPs to each simulator?
Does the 5.2.4 Sim ever lose connectivity when the 4.2 Sim is active?
I haven't not seen such an issue, but you could try to create a separate port group for each Simulator, this may reduce some of the cross-talk.

Hi Robert,
Thanks for your response.
both simulators have a unique ip address in the same subnet. The sim 5.2.4. doesn't lose connectivity when 4.2.7 is active at the same time.
I'll test if this problem persists if both simulators are in separate EPG's.
