Aci Simulator Activation Token

I have download an acisim-0.0-0.1a.ova and installed it, now I need a token activation,

Please, I  would like to know who contact to generate this token.

I'm not sure if things have changed but in the past I've worked with my Cisco SE or account manager for an activation token for the software simulator.

The sim VM is not openly distributed externally unless you are an approved partner.  Customers and anyone else are expected to purchase the Sim appliance if they wish to use the APIC simulator.

I have the same issue, before contacting my Cisco Account manager I want to be sure that this will not cost us.

So my question is : Is ACI Simulator free of charge for partners or there is somme hiden fees?
