Hi, I just started studying ACI, I understand that APIC pushes the policies to the fabric i.e SPINE/Leaf, does it also configure other components like firewall, LB etc?

Hi @Anshul27
Using something called device package (vendor/platform specific), and under a certain degree, APIC can configure service components like firewalls, LBs. This is only used within ACI Service Graphs in managed mode (service-policy mode).
For more details about Service Graphs, I would suggest this whitepaper: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/solutions/collateral/data-center-virtualization/application-centric-infrastructure/white-paper-c11-734298.html
Stay safe,
