Hi all,
Very basic question: I was wondering how to change the refresh time of the APIC dashboard.

Basic Answer: You can't.
Certainly UI elements are updated on a hard-coded refresh intervals (faults counts, health score summary and stats) due to the huge number of table entries, others objects are setup as subscription updates which will reflect those changes immediately. Since the UI is basically just a browser client that communicates with a backend API, it becomes a balancing act of performance vs. real-time data. Most tables can be easily refreshed with their respective refresh buttons to override the hardcoded update intervals if you're concerned about displaying the latest data.
