APIC software download is terribly slow

Hi,

I am currently downloading APIC simulator.iso which is around 10GB. The download speed is around 100KB/s. I am on a 80Mbps link. Is there a way to speed up the download? I tried using download accelerators but the programs are not catching the download.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated. It is currently showing more than 10 hours as the ETA.

Most likely your local connection - there are multiple regional hosting servers with Cisco software, the one you're accessing may just be slow.  Fine for me here.   I  assume you're not on a VPN on any sort?

Not everyone lives in N. America.

This is my experience from Sydney Aus - pretty typical. It takes me best part of a day to download the Sim normally

Wow, that is really fast. Maybe it is my regional server. The image is downloading from https://dl.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/swdld/download.cgi
