I'd agree with Balaji.  Asking "how to troubleshoot ACI" is akin to asking "how to troubleshoot networking."  ACI covers Routing, Switching, Policy, Security, Endpoint communication etc.   If you can zero in on a specific topic or problem, we can advise better.
