As represented in the topology picture of the document, we have a POD with more then one Border Leave.
In the case we have a Source multicast streamer inside the fabric, toward the external RP who send the PIM Register message? The FHR leaf or the Border leave? in the last case (Pim register from BL) all the BL send it or just only one? Who is elected the BL that send the Pim Register (Maybe stripe winner election?).
