Cisco ACI Nexux 9364c stuck in loader mode

Cisco Nexus 9364C in ACI Mode spine switch stuck in loader mode. We tried the below command but it did not work.

Any suggestion,s please?

loader>boot aci-n9000-dk9.14.2.1j.bin

No, it is not booting up normally rather booting up in loader mode.

Below error message appears on console - 

ERROR: Recovery image does not boot. Going to loader
No autoboot or failed autoboot. falling to loader

Might be a corrupt image.  I'd suggest copy over a new image and booting it.  From loader you can use TFTP or boot a USB hosted image.
