I currently have CCNP routing & switching but will expire Feb 2016. Can you please advise what is the next track. especially with the evolving of ACI and SDN market.

I would recommend checking out the Network Programmability specialist certifications offered through Cisco. Here is a link with more info:

And here are the three exams I'm referring to:
Some of them have the CCNP as a requirement but that should be fine for you considering you have the CCNP R&S already.
I would also advise you to check out the CCNA and CCNP Cloud exams as those might be more geared to your interests.

"Cisco Professional-level certifications are valid for three years. To recertify, pass ONE of the following before the certification expiration date:
So it appears as though passing the CCNP Cloud certification will keep yours valid. You also have the option to pursue the CCIE Data Center.
