connecting leaf uplinks to macsec ports of spine

Hi, I have been wondering if there are any issues in connecting the uplink ports of a leaf sw: 93180YC-FX3 to the green coloured macsec ports on the right-side of a spine sw: n9k-C9332C? Are the links supposed to come up?

Normally there should be no problem. I usually reserve these ports for IPN connection, but there is no problem in having it connected to leafs.
