Creating QOS policy in ACI applied into fabric interface

Hi All.

I have a situation where there is a VM with 2 EPG/vlan (100 &200) connected into ACI. I want to make the port connected to the VM rate-limit as below:

1. Vlan/EPG100 - 60% bandwidth

2. Vlan/EPG200 - 40% bandwidth.

Can it being done in ACI. ACI running on 4.2(3j).
