Factory reset APIC without login credentials

I ran into an issue where the 3 APIC's were using old passwords but I have not those credentials.

I want to upgrade the APIC version from 2.2.2j to 4.4.4i, how do I do the upgrade APICs?

Note: I Upgraded the APIC CIMC using the Cisco Host Upgrade Utility.

You can do a password recovery:
