I am not sure I fully understand your question with regards to Postman and ACI. Could you give an example of what you are trying to accomplish?
If you are referring to attributes associated to classes within an APIC, you cannot "create" additional attributes on an object within a class, but instead you would have to "modify" if the object already exists.
