L3 in-band management with Shared L3-out (OSPF)

Hopefully there are some people here who can help me with my current issue.

I have found lots of documentation on configuring in-band management

I have found lots of documentation on creating a L3 out so that external resources can access the in-band management subnet

I have found lots of documentation on sharing L3 out connections between tenants.

Unfortunately, I have not found anything about tying them together.  Is anybody able to point me in the right direction?

I thought that I had figured it out a while back by tying the Management subnet into the same BD as the L3-out but I can't seem to find out how to advertise the subnet into the other network.

have yu setup the bgp route reflector in your fabric?

Have you set your in band subnet as public so that it is advertised outside ?
