LEAF Issue

I am  having a strange issue where the fabric does not see one particular Leaf.  I reboot APIC several times, it finally see it but the LEAF doesn't get a VTEP IP.  I remove the LEAF, reboot the APIC and now it doesn't see the LEAF again.  Any suggestion is appreciated.

Thank you posting in the support forums apache_le. Could you provide some more information? 

1. Is this a new setup?

2. How is the leaf connected to the APIC:

a) APIC <> problem leaf?

or

b) APIC <> leaf <> spine <> problem leaf? 

3. Is this a new leaf joining a fabric or is the leaf already a member of the fabric and it went inactive?

I contact TAC and they instructed me to console into the leaf and did a factory reset.  It works now. Thanks.
