Can someone give me simple and clearcut explanation pdf to understand multi-pod and multi-site features?
differences between multi-pod and multi-site?
how they work?
how to configure them ?

There are whitepapers for multi-pod and multi-site, the difference in a nutshell is multisite has multiple APIC cluster domains and multipod has only one (no matter how many APIC servers there are).
