(Qty# 2) ACI fabrics are connected via a simple iBGP L3Out connection to each other (i.e.: no Multi-site,...).
Due to server migration - servers are getting disconnected from FabricA ---> get moving way to be connected to FabricB manually (there's no vMotion or any other advanced moving endpoint migration).
Servers have to be able to access their network-storage in the same vlan (subnet is NOT route able)
Please help me out as to how stretching L2 Vlan over existing iBGP L3Out.
Thanks,

check below document to understand how you can strech Layer 2 (is this what you looking ?)

Stretching a vlan between two individual fabrics interconnected with L3out is not possible.
Stretch ACI fabric (the first link shared by @balaji.bandi) is a precursor of ACI Multi-Pod, and I do NOT recommend it. It's really not worth the effort.
