Nexus ACI ports went off despite client connected

Hi all,

on our Cisco Nexus Switch (ACI) - N9K-C93108TC-FX ports are not connecting when client is patched.

- we tested random ports eth1 to eth36 and no port LEDs are blinking, but Ports 37 to 48 are working fine.

- tested to change port config (Speed/Duplex, 100Mbit/s-1Gbit/s, no Auto-negotiation etc.) - no go

- tested with different clients - laptops/ pc's, cables RJ45(no SFPs) has been replaced - no go

Few months ago we had this problem with the same switch and other ports and was resolved by reboot.

do you have an idea whats the issue? we still did not rebooted as we are actively troubleshooting.
