Out of band EPG contract

Hi,

In out of band management, i understand that the contract for allowing HTTPS traffic should be provided by the OOB EPG and consumed by External Management network as OOB EPG is the destination for this traffic. but for syslog trafic, should the contract be consumed by OOB EPG and provided by External Management network as OOB EPG is the source for this case ?

so if i there is not a contract consumed by OOB EPG and provided by External Management network, Syslog messages and SNMP traps generated from ACI fabric will be denied ?
