Port-channel as destination for local SPAN on ACI?

Hi all,

Any specific reason why a Port-channel cannot be used as destination for local SPAN configuration on ACI?

I need to mirror traffic from a vPC (2x10G) and the only option for local SPAN is to use a single 10G access port as destination. Is my only alternative to use ERSPAN with EPG as destination?

Hello Ivan,

which Version are you running?

I think you are using Access Span, right?

What is the purpose of the SPAN monitoring or troubleshooting?

Do you expect 20 Gig in total?

It is not about the version, I tried both 2.x and 3.x... it is simply not supported.

PC and vPC cannot be used as a destination port for Local SPAN. Go with ERSPAN.
